Quality is our top priority, and we strive to provide the exceptional service
to our customers. If there is any kind of miscommunication or dispute that
led to dissatisfaction, please let us know and we will do our best to fix the
problem before you leave the salon.
REFUNDS: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any
payment transactions on gift certificates even if last, misplaced or stolen.
Gift certificatess cannot be redeemed as cash or extended beyond the expiration date. All service sales and gift certificates sales are FINAL.
2 DAY SERVICE WARR ANTY: Your satisfaction is valuable to us. If you lose an enhancement, notice chips
of lifting within 2 days of your original service, please call us to schedule a
free repair. You MUST notify us and return within the 2 days, otherwise a
repair fee will be charged. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
Traditional polish applications are NOT guaranteed.
APPOINTMENTS/ARRIVALS: We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment to allow plenty of time to park and check-in.
LATE ARRIVALS: Appointments will be held for 10 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a "NO SHOW" and the appointment may be given away. Please
note that your late arrival will determine the length of your service and may
require a reduced appointment time at the full-service price, with respect to
the clients that are scheduled after you.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION: We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen
personal articles or items on our premises.
ETIQUETTE: Out of consideration for other clients and a total relaxation, please try to
keep all phone calls to a minimum.
